This is the site where I'm developing my final project.
It is in Dénia at the bottom part of the castle mountain which is in the center of the city.
At the beginning of the century they made a quarry just around the perimeter of the wall. This quarry was made to provide stone to build a part of the Dénia's harbor.
There is another singular thing about this site: it has a tunnel that links my site to the historical center of the city. It is a 200 meters long tunnel that was build in the Spanish civil war by the anarchists to be an anti-aerial refuge.
There was a competition to design a commercial center at this site and the winner was Vicente Guallart. http://www.guallart.com/01projects/deniaCulturalPark/default.htm
